Needed for Public Cloud Enterprise User Experience Research | Singapore

We are seeking enterprise users who currently use public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to participate in a research study about your experience with these services. The study aims to collect valuable insights into user satisfaction, challenges, and expectations in order to enhance public cloud offerings for businesses. Who We're Looking For: Current enterprise users of public cloud platforms. Must be based in Singapore. Ideal participants will be IT professionals, cloud architects, system administrators, or business decision-makers responsible for selecting or managing cloud services within their companies. What You’ll Do: Participate in a one-on-one interview (approximately 30-60 minutes) to discuss your experiences using public cloud platforms. Share your opinions and feedback regarding the ease of use, functionality, security, and customer support of your cloud platform(s). Provide insights into any pain points, challenges, or areas for improvement in your cloud service experience. Incentives: Participants will receive a monetary compensation of $300 for completing the interview. Your feedback will help improve cloud services and enhance user experience for businesses globally.
