Virtual Assistant for E-commerce Support (USA Time Zone)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will provide support for customer service, logistics coordination, and customer feedback management, ensuring smooth operations and an excellent customer experience. This is a remote position, but you must be available to work during USA business hours. Responsibilities: Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or support platforms. Resolve customer issues, including order tracking, refunds, and product inquiries. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Logistics Coordination: Communicate with warehouses and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery of orders. Monitor shipment statuses and address delays or discrepancies. Assist in managing inventory updates and coordinating restocks. Customer Feedback Management: Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback to the team. Identify trends in feedback and recommend actionable improvements. Engage with customers to gather testimonials and resolve concerns. Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service or e-commerce support (1+ years preferred). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) and customer support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Availability to work during USA time zones.
