As a Night Asterisk Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our Asterisk Servers. Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain Asterisk based servers and related components • Configure Clusters, phones, softphones and SIP trunks • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to call center operations • Create custom dial plans • Monitor system performance and network usage • Ensure compliance with security protocols Job Specification: • Minimum 3 years of experience in Asterisk Consulting/Engineering • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong knowledge of Apache, MySQL, and Linux technologies • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot VOIP software • Experience in integrating Asterisk with other platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
