You'll own and expand our customer relationships across your region, serving as the primary point of contact for automotive manufacturers, suppliers, and technology partners. You will work with the Head of Sales and the SDR team to 20x our customer base in 2025. Responsibilities • Drive revenue growth through direct selling to automotive OEMs, suppliers, and technology partners • Conduct discovery calls and compelling product demonstrations of our voice AI solutions • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through both self-sourced and SDR-sourced opportunities • Develop a deep understanding of regional automotive market dynamics and customer needs • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather customer feedback • Travel to meet customers on site Required Qualifications • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience • Proven track record of promotions and consistently exceeding quota • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand/communicate AI solutions • Excellent presentation and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience selling to automotive, logistics, manufacturing, or similar sectors • Regional industry connections are a plus Compensation Base salary (see range) + 4-8% ACV Performance Incentive Benefits • Free lunch in the office • Free gym membership • Free health and dental insurance • Free travel around the country for customer visits
