Senior React Native Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Native Developer for one of our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing and deploying scalable mobile applications and Firebase backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality, user-focused applications and demonstrate leadership in driving projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities • Mobile Application Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using React Native. • Backend Development: Design and integrate robust Firebase-based backends, including Firestore, Realtime Database, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Storage. • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards. • Performance Optimisation: Implement performance improvements to ensure seamless user experiences, including optimising app size, loading times, and responsiveness. • Cross-Platform Development: Build features that work consistently across iOS and Android platforms. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver features that meet user and business needs. • Leadership: Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and contribute to technical decision-making processes. • Testing & Debugging: Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Debug and resolve production issues promptly. • Continuous Integration/Delivery: Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software development, with at least 3 years focused on React Native and Firebase.
