About SRD Foundation: SRD Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering sustainable development in Syria through education, healthcare, and economic support. Our mission supports the resilience of internal refugees and vulnerable communities, including through initiatives like iUSR University, which addresses critical education and vocational training needs in the region. Position Overview: SRD is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketer & Fundraiser to join our team on a part-time, contract, or seasonal basis. The role is fully remote, offering flexible hours for a minimum 3-month commitment. The Digital Marketer & Fundraiser will play a key role in crafting and implementing digital strategies to enhance SRD’s visibility, drive online fundraising, and strengthen our engagement with donors. With a minimum of three years of digital marketing and fundraising experience, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter, motivated by impact, and skilled at crafting campaigns that resonate with audiences. Key Responsibilities: 1.Digital Marketing Strategy: • Design and execute digital advertising strategies across SRD’s website, Facebook Ads, Google Ads and other digital platforms to raise awareness and drive engagement. • Leverage data-driven insights to refine campaigns, optimize reach, and target audience segmentation for maximum impact. 2.Fundraising Campaigns: • Develop and execute digital fundraising campaigns (e.g., peer-to-peer, crowdfunding, and social media-driven) to grow SRD’s donor base and increase donations. • Work closely with program teams to align campaigns with SRD’s initiatives in healthcare, education, and seasonal distributions. • Use storytelling to create impactful fundraising materials, integrating photos, videos, and testimonials. 3.Content Creation & Management: • Manage content calendars for all digital channels, ensuring consistent, mission-driven messaging. • Produce and manage a mix of multimedia content, including visuals, infographics, and short videos, to maximize engagement. 4.Data Analysis & Reporting: • Track and analyze digital and fundraising campaign performance, creating monthly reports that provide insights, highlight trends, and recommend strategy improvements. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including donor retention, conversion rates, and engagement metrics. 5.Donor Engagement & Relationship Building: • Develop and implement strategies for digital donor engagement, from welcome series or new donors to regular impact updates. • Collaborate with the team to organize virtual events and interactive experiences to strengthen donor relationships. 6.Partnership & Collaboration: • Build partnerships with influencers, media, and other organizations to amplify SRD’s digital reach. • Coordinate with SRD teams to ensure cohesive messaging across projects and to integrate digital efforts into broader organizational initiatives. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Non-Profit Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and fundraising, ideally in a non-profit setting. • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing). • Proven track record in executing successful digital fundraising campaigns. • Excellent content creation skills, with a talent for storytelling and audience engagement. • Knowledge of humanitarian work or experience with Middle Eastern contexts is a plus. • Passion for SRD Foundation’s mission and a commitment to meaningful impact.
