• To fuel our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, fan engagement, and revenue growth.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, cross-functional team management, and a track record of successful campaign execution.

• Develop and implement an e-commerce marketing strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and boosting traffic to the online store.
• Create and execute innovative e-commerce marketing campaigns (e.g. Black Friday) that resonate with target audiences and enhance engagement.
• Lead the launch and promotion of new products, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollouts.
• Collaborate with teams such as paid media, CRM, influencer and social to integrate e-commerce initiatives into broader marketing plans.
• Brief internal and external agencies on asset creation, ensuring all deliverables align with brand goals and marketing objectives.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports with actionable insights to optimize and improve future efforts.
• Ensure the e-commerce store is consistently updated with fresh content, new product launches, and promotional activities.
• Stay on top of and implement innovations in e-commerce marketing
Requirements:
• Fluent in English with exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on content planning and audience engagement.
• Deep understanding of consumer analytics, audience segmentation, and customer behavior to drive data-informed decisions.
• Knowledge of esports content and engagement across multiple game titles is a plus.
• Highly independent and self-motivated with a strong sense of curiosity to explore new channels, messaging, and strategies for diverse audiences.
• Excellent collaboration skills, able to effectively coordinate with teams across various departments, regions, and cultures.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with a track record of driving measurable results.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic, results-driven marketing plans.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across functions and teams.
• Project management tools like Jira, Confluence or Monday
• experience with Shopify is a plus
