About the Role: The PMO Operations specialist will support the dxg Program Management Office (PMO) in performing operational tasks related to overarching processes such as Time Tracking, project and program governance, workforce management, financial project management ensuring effective functioning of the organization . Responsibilities: Executes regular operational activities within PMO driven processes. Collaborate to design or redesign and implement processes to improve operational efficiency ot the organization. Collaborate with PMO system and tools admins in configuration management activities Troubleshoot issues and actively drive to resolutions Analyzes data and reports performing checks&balances ensuring integrity and compliance to established processes and procedures Maintains Training Material to ensure easy access and adoption of PMO tools & solutions. Additionally, this position will lead training on specific topics Demonstrate commitment to customer service: anticipate, meet and exceed customer expectations, solve customer problems quickly and effectively, make customer issues a priority. Skills Structured approach, eye for detail and organized; Strong research and analytics skills; Pro-active, service oriented, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work in a team. Comfortable with supporting change processes within a complex matrix organization; Experience in the IT/Sw operations and development domain; Fluent in written and spoken English Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) Experience with market leading PPM and Time Tracking solutions Experience with Sharepoint and/or Jira and/or collaboration tools such as confluence/teams Level criteria T2 (for internal use only): • Requires working knowledge and expanded conceptual knowledge in primary technical job family and broadens capabilities; has worked with and is proficient with current technologies • Understands key business drivers and builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers • Performs a range of technical assignments and solves moderately complex problems under guidance of established policies and procedures • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction • Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; may provide informal guidance to new team members • Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations If making a difference matters to you, then you matter to us.
