About the position
Our client is seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Media Manager to join their dynamic, remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage large budgets, spearhead Amazon retail media campaigns, and contribute to our client's broader e-commerce strategy. The E-Commerce Media Manager will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. The position requires leveraging Amazon DSP to drive full-funnel campaign strategies, which include retargeting and audience segmentation. The successful candidate will monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to maximize ROI, ensuring that all campaigns are performing at their best. In addition to managing Amazon campaigns, the E-Commerce Media Manager will be responsible for scaling and adapting successful Amazon strategies across other e-commerce platforms such as Walmart and Home Depot. This role involves managing a multi-million dollar media budget, with responsibilities that include forecasting, allocation, and optimization of media spend. The E-Commerce Media Manager will work closely with external agency partners to align on strategy, execution, and performance analysis, ensuring that all parties are on the same page and working towards common goals. The position also requires maintaining dashboards and regular performance reports to track KPIs, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. Engaging in full-funnel digital media projects is essential, integrating upper-funnel awareness tactics with lower-funnel conversion strategies. The E-Commerce Media Manager will conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve and ensure that the company's strategies are effective and competitive.
Responsibilities

Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in digital media management, with a strong focus on Amazon Retail Media

• Proficient in Amazon Advertising platforms (AMS, DSP) and other e-commerce media tools

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
