Position Title: E-Commerce Site Merchandise Coordinator
Reporting To: Senior E-Commerce Website Manager
Role Location: Remote - NV/CO Only

The E-Commerce Site Merchandise Coordinator will be responsible for managing the complete setup of new products on our e-commerce platform, from initial data entry to final quality assurance checks. This includes uploading new product to our store, managing product images, and setting up product attributes to ensure a smooth customer experience. Additionally, this role will assist in other e-commerce-related tasks, such as sale setups and website content updates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end product setup, including data entry of product names, descriptions, pricing, images, and sizing information.
• Maintain consistency in product listings, ensuring each product has the correct attributes and variants.
• Include a vendor image as a placeholder during the setup process as a reference image.
• Build out and schedule theme changes based on HP wireframes and navigation schedule.
• Manage scheduling new product launches and OOTW takedowns.
• Once product images are shot and ecom-ready, upload to product listings in Shopify.
• Work closely with the site merchandiser to ensure products are correctly categorized and tagged.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to quickly resolve product-related inquiries or issues in regards to product setup.
• Create and manage all promo sets including discount codes, price point sales, etc based on the promo calendar.
• Manage all back-in-stock skus, markdowns, and removal of product based on information provided by the inventory manager.
• Add new products to Faire and manage the product assortment and back in stocks, working closely with the marketing team to determine which products should be featured in email campaigns.
• Manage product review combinations so new products will launch with reviews if they are color expansion.
• Manage site 404 errors, ensuring that customers are redirected to the appropriate page when a product is no longer available or a page has been removed.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce.
• Experience working with Shopify Plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability or drive to see problems before they occur.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel for data entry and analysis.
• Basic understanding of SEO, product categorization, and user experience best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of basic HTML is a plus, but not required.
• Interest in fashion is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
