E-Learning Design Specialist

Description: • #1 PH Workforce Delivering to the US. • American Medical Compliance (AMC), BizForce's partner company, is seeking a talented E-Learning Design Specialist (Work from Home) to join our team. • In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging e-learning experiences that effectively communicate instructional content. • You will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze learning needs, and create high-quality e-learning modules utilizing various multimedia tools and technologies. • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of instructional design principles and a passion for creating effective online learning solutions. • American Medical Compliance (AMC) is a healthcare compliance leader specializing in Infection Control, OSHA, HIPAA, HR management, and soft skills solutions. • Now is a crucial time to revisit your compliance platform to ensure your staff and patients’ safety. • Our easily accessible, mobile friendly course library is current with the latest guidance from government agencies, including the CDC, OSHA, WHO and others. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-learning design or instructional design. • Strong proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar. • Experience in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Articulate Rise 360) is a plus. • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. • Amenable to working in a graveyard shift.
