What you'll do:
• Utilize excellent communication skills, both on the phone and over email, to cultivate strong working relationships with clients and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and understanding.
• Leverage a keen understanding of the Marketplace ecosystem to lead, build, drive, and optimize successful marketing campaigns across various platforms including Amazon Ad Console, DSP, and other Marketplaces like Walmart and Target.
• Demonstrate accountability and ownership by proactively evaluating creative solutions tailored to each client’s unique business objectives and challenges.
• Implement daily reporting to support clients’ KPIs, confidently interpreting trends, and making data-driven recommendations based on digital marketing analytics in the marketplace sphere.
• Tie in comprehensive knowledge of vertical and categorical trends, understanding their impact on the overall narrative within the marketplace.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly calls to review trends, performance metrics, and provide innovative advertising strategies to drive optimal results.
• Proactively identify new marketing opportunities and ways to repurpose existing strategies on Amazon and other platforms to optimize brand awareness and drive sales volume, both on and off Amazon.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and delegate tasks to junior team members on joint accounts where you serve as lead, facilitating professional growth and development within the team.
• Develop and execute comprehensive retail media strategies tailored to each client, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving impactful results across platforms and retailers.
What we're looking for:
• 5+ years of distinguished experience in Amazon Advertising, paid eCommerce, senior media planning, or equivalent roles, demonstrating a profound understanding of marketplace dynamics and strategies.
• Proficiency in data analytics and strategy, showcasing the ability to derive insights and drive impactful decisions.
• Additional experience across diverse marketplaces such as Criteo, Walmart, Instacart, among others, adding depth and breadth to your expertise.
• Extensive experience in integrated media planning and strategy, demonstrating a holistic approach to campaign execution and optimization.
