B2B Lead Generation/List Building Specialist

We are a commercial cleaning and janitorial company based in Delaware. We service Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. We are seeking a lead generation expert to build lead lists for our cold calling and sales teams to reach out to schedule appointments to sell our services. You will be responsible for identifying small to large businesses in our target market areas (we will provide a list of... target markets and areas). You will then provide accurate and relevant contact information and any additional details that will assist your sales team with reaching out to schedule appointments. Requirements: - Proven experience in lead generation and list building. - Previous experience with janitorial or commercial cleaning services would be helpful but not required, - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in using lead generation tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM systems, etc.). - Must have your own subscriptions to any tools (i.e. Apollo, SalesGenie, etc...) We would prefer you enter all leads directly into GoHighLevel (we will provide access), however, you are welcome to use whatever tool you are familiar with as long as the data can be cleanly and clearly exported to us. This is an on-golng project with no set end date. We may from time to time ask you to verify previous data to ensure it is up-to-date.
