What you can expect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team at Zoom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Zoom solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and integration with existing systems.
About the Team
This role is part of the Professional Services Organization who are responsible for the design and deployment of Zoom Phone and CX solutions. Zoom is a leading provider of video communication and collaboration solutions, dedicated to connecting people through seamless and innovative technology. Our objective is to empower individuals and organizations to achieve more through effective communication and collaboration
What we’re looking for
• Possess a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Be proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++)
• Have 5+ years of experience in... solution architecture, ideally in the video communications or SaaS industry
• Possess a deep understanding of Zoom's product suite and APIs
• Have proficient knowledge of networking protocols, security, and cloud technologies
• Have experience with enterprise software integration and deployment with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Have familiarity with REST APIs and web services and 3rd Party Integrations with UCaaS Platforms
• Have IP Telephony Knowledge (VoIP, SIP), Network Protocol Knowledge (TCP/IP, IP Routing) and Identity Provider Knowledge (IdP's: ADFS, Azure, Okta)
