We are looking for a talented graphic designer to join our growing content team, which produces 15-20 articles a month and reaches over 30 thousand readers a month. This contract role (5 hours/week) offers the opportunity to create visuals for high-visibility content while working flexibly with our design manager and content team. You will follow brand guidelines and design guidance to ensure consistency and professionalism across all assets.

Key Responsibilities
- Design custom graphics and visuals for 4-5 blog articles per week,
- Deliver a mix of infographics, conceptual illustrations and data visualizations
- Collaborate with the design manager to understand project requirements and align with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all visual assets, maintaining Thematic’s visual identity.
- Interpret written content and use your creative initiative to translate it into visual representations, particularly for complex topics
- Deliver completed designs promptly and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally with experience working in content creation for SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including visuals for blog articles, infographics, illustrations, and other digital content.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and the ability to maintain a consistent design style.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator and Photoshop), Canva, and Figma.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
- While not required, experience with motion graphics is a bonus.
Other requirements:
- Located in the Philippines with reliable internet connection
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Available for occasional meetings during Asia-Pacific business hours
- An understanding of topics like AI, analytics, or customer experience is a plus but not required.
