Job Title: E-commerce Generalist Location: Remote Work Shift: PST Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time) Job Description: We are looking for a versatile and marketing-focused E-commerce Generalist to manage and optimize our Amazon and Shopify platforms while driving impactful marketing initiatives. The role requires a creative, analytical, and organized professional who can oversee product catalogs, enhance listings, and assist with digital advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and optimize Amazon Listings for USA and Canada markets. • Manage and organize Shopify product listings, ensuring accurate and SEO-friendly content. • Organize and maintain the product catalog, including descriptions, pricing, and images. • Assist with running and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to drive traffic and conversions. • Assist with running and optimizing Google Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to drive traffic and conversions. • Implement email marketing strategies using tools like Klaviyo, including campaign creation and performance tracking. • Collaborate with the team to create targeted digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. • Create simple, engaging graphics for marketing campaigns, listings, and promotional materials. • Ensure branding consistency across all e-commerce platforms and marketing channels. • Optimize product listings on Amazon and Shopify for searchability and conversion. • Monitor and improve content quality, keywords, and performance metrics. • Track the performance of listings, advertising campaigns, and marketing initiatives. • Provide actionable insights based on data to enhance sales and marketing efforts. • Handle Amazon case issues, including returns, account health, and order disputes. • Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent support. Qualifications: • Proven years of experience in e-commerce, focusing on Amazon and Shopify platform management. • Knowledge of Meta Ads and basic digital advertising strategies. • Knowledge of Google Ads and basic digital advertising strategies. • Familiarity with email marketing tools like Klaviyo. • Strong understanding of listing optimization, catalog management, and SEO best practices. • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or similar. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, drive decisions, and knowledge in using MS Excel to analyze and present insights. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
