Key Responsibilities: • Marketing Plan Communication: Gain an in-depth understanding of our marketing and compensation plans, and effectively communicate these to potential customers and partners. • Website Promotion: Utilize various online platforms to promote our website, drive traffic, and enhance brand visibility in the e-commerce skin care and beauty care sector. • Customer Outreach: Engage with potential customers, particularly those seeking work-from-home opportunities, and build lasting relationships through personalized communication. • Sales and Engagement: Present and explain the company’s product offerings and compensation structure to interested candidates, aiming to convert leads into customers. • Reporting and Analytics: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and promotional activities, while providing insightful feedback to the management team. • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to develop strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns.
