Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Backend Development Intern to join our team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in backend development and the opportunity to work on real-world projects remotely. You will collaborate with experienced developers and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the development team to design and develop scalable and efficient backend systems • Assist in coding, testing, debugging, and documenting backend applications • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality • Contribute to the optimization and performance tuning of backend applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Assist in the integration of backend systems with frontend applications and third-party services • Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing backend systems • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backend development Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Familiarity with web development frameworks and technologies Node.js • Understanding of databases and experience with NoSQL databases • Knowledge of RESTful API design principles • Basic understanding of version control systems, such as Git • Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug code • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Note: This is an unpaid internship position.
