Job details Attractive Hourly Rate Immediate Start Available Brisbane CBD Location 24/7 shift work roster inclusive of Day and Night work Parking provided About the Role: WorkPac are seeking a Mine Controller to join our leading Mining Client for a casual position for an immediate start. This position role will have 12.5-hour shifts, supporting a 24/7 Operation via a remote operations centre. Successful candidates will be required to work a rotating roster including Day, Night, Weekend and Public holiday work, following a potential roster pattern of 5/5/4 – 5 days on, 5 days off, 4 nights on, 5 days off, 2 days/3nights, 4 days off. Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrated commitment to Safety Operation of Fleet Management Systems with a range of multiple fleet types and efficiency targets Engage with key stakeholders to execute and influence daily, weekly and monthly targets and strategies Effective Administration and Information Collating Comply with Business fatigue management... polices Skills and Experience: Prior Mining/Experience in Mine Operations control room environment (Preferred), or similar exposure in Fleet or Logistics Environments, or high-volume operational expectations (Logistics, Warehousing or Aviation). Understanding of service delivery and value chain impacts. Ability to multitask and triage risk to efficiency targets is vital. Efficient activation of emergency response and coordination or other high pressure critical tasks. Continuous improvement and collaborative mindset. Current C Class Driver’s License.
