The EA will provide high-level administrative support to company executive(s) by performing tasks such as scheduling meeting and calendar management., Booking travel (domestic and international) and processing expenses. Skills: -Exceptional organizational skills -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy. -Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner. -Strong Google Suite skills. -The ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times. -Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. -Proactive, self-directed, and able to work without supervision. -Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. -Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including EA colleagues, board members, and external partners. – Event or conference organizing experience, a plus. Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study. At least five years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. The compensation for this position ranges from $65,625.00 – $136,875.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
