Responsibilities
• Gather and assess business requirements to determine solutions using Oracle capabilities, configurations, and customizations
• Develop, test, and implement new Oracle functionalities, configurations, and customizations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Business Suite functionality, data, and interfaces
• Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Document Oracle E-Business Suite configurations, customizations, and support information
• Partner with infrastructure, database, and application development teams for comprehensive testing
• Assist with end-user training and orientation, providing guidance as needed
• Prepare and assess requests for new capabilities, considering their value to the organization
Qualifications
• Functional configuration experience in at least one Oracle E-Business Suite module (preferably version 12.2+)
• Technical understanding of Oracle tables, APIs, and development guidelines
• Experience in providing day-to-day support to Oracle end-users
• Ability to develop and debug complex SQL queries and PL/SQL packages
• Familiarity with RICEWF objects, such as Oracle Reports, BI Publisher reports, Forms, OAF Extensions, and Workflows
Education Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
