Guest Service Associate / Cashier

Job Summary: We are seeking a Guest Service Associate/Cashier (GSA) to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to deliver an exceptional guest experience while performing all tasks associated with the store level. You might ask, "Why should I choose you over others... Responsibilities • Create an enjoyable experience for our guests through greetings. • Uphold safety, security, quality standards and follow the store's operational policies, procedures and practices. • Handle point of sale according to corporate standards, managing cash, lottery tobacco levels. • Ensure cleanliness through sweeping, dusting, mopping and emptying trash among others. • Restock products and supplies to avoid out-of-stock situations. • Report guest requests and vendor-related issues to the store management. • Check-in internal and external vendors as per established guidelines. • Undertake gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned by management. • Other duties assigned by the management. Requirements • Availability during flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays • Basic computer skills • Reliable transportation • Ability to work in varied temperatures, • Physical ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs. • Freely accessing all areas of the store, including selling floor, stock area, and register area. • Time-efficient performance of duties • Count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
