Key Responsibilities
• Website Management & Maintenance
• Oversee daily management, maintenance, and updates of the company website.
• Ensure website functionality, performance, and security are optimized at all times.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage web content updates and troubleshoot website issues.
• Data Analytics & Reporting
• Analyze data from e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, other third party marketplaces) and CRM tools (HubSpot).
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators, including sales trends, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
• Identify actionable insights to improve operations, enhance customer experience, and boost sales
• E-Commerce Platform Management
• Manage and optimize Amazon product listings, inventory, and performance strategies.
• Track website analytics using tools like Google Analytics to understand customer behavior and drive improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and seamless integration between WooCommerce and QuickBooks for inventory and order management.
• HubSpot CRM Optimization
• Oversee HubSpot ticket management and ensure integration with relevant systems for streamlined issue tracking and resolution.
• Audit and optimize HubSpot workflows to improve automation and customer engagement processes.
• Create reports to monitor sales team performance and customer lifecycle metrics.
• Technical Operations & System Integrations
• Manage integrations between QuickBooks, WooCommerce, and other platforms to ensure automated syncing of orders, inventory, and data.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of inventory management systems (IMS) to streamline stock control processes.
• Ensure the functionality and performance of Commercient or similar data integration tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align technical operations with business goals.
• Provide technical support for onboarding new employees, including system and hardware setup.
Qualifications
• Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central), website operations, technical integrations and CRM systems (HubSpot).
• Technical proficiency in QuickBooks and data integration tools (e.g., Commercient).
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and e-commerce order fulfillment processes.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, advanced Excel, and SQL is a plus.
• Experience with automation and integration tools across various systems and platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualization tools
• Experience in managing technical teams or working cross-functionally with IT, sales, and customer service teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com
