Role Summary
The Coordinator of Trading Cards, Memorabilia, and Hardlines will play a key role within the Consumer Products Licensing team. This role will support the successful development of officially licensed trading cards, memorabilia and hardlines products on behalf of OneTeam’s roster of licensed properties, which currently includes the: LCSPA, MLSPA, NFLPA, NWSLPA, USRPA, USWNTPA, WNBPA and Collegiate NIL group licensing. This role will play a key role in the development, approval, and marketing of licensed products to support successful sell-in and sell-through to the end consumer.
Key Responsibilities
Product Approvals
• Manage product approvals within OneTeam’s licensee management platform (currently, Direct Licensing Hub or “DLH”) for our current and any future OneTeam rightsholder partners.
• Communicate changes and edits that need to be made to licensees in response to product submissions as well as to our rightsholder partners.
• Enforce IP guidelines, requirements, and communicate rightsholder preferences to licensees.
Licensee Account Management
• Assist the Manager of Trading Cards, Memorabilia & Hardlines with licensee account management.
• Track and communicate key dates, product launches, and promotions to amplify product opportunities for our rightsholder partners and licensees.
• Manage creation of product information documents to assist with sell-in and sell-through of licensed products.
• Ensure licensee compliance with license agreement terms and conditions.
• Oversee and/or support regular call cadence with licensees.
Business Operations & Business Planning
• Work with Business Operations to manage royalty submissions by licensees, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Track & report out to internal teams on a regular, ongoing cadence the progress of licensees’ sales, royalties and other key submission data.
Trading Cards and Memorabilia
• Support the growth and execution of the trading card and memorabilia business to maximize sales and royalties.
• Stay up to date on trading card and memorabilia industry trends to inform a customized strategy for each property we represent.
Additional Duties
• Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior experience in licensing a plus, but not a requirement.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage across key stakeholders (licensees, retailers, and rightsholder partners).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Hard skills across creating decks, analyzing and presenting financial information, and compiling other relevant information in an easy digestible fashion for the end stakeholder.

Compensation
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 + bonus opportunity

The above compensation reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on Los Angeles, CA and current national data. Working Conditions
The coordinator role involves primarily office-based work, which includes extended periods of sitting, frequent use of a computer, and active participation in meetings. Occasional lifting of light objects, such as product samples or promotional materials, may be required. This position may also involve travel to industry events, which may entail prolonged periods of walking, standing, and carrying materials. The role requires effective communication skills for regular engagement with internal teams, licensees, and external partners through meetings, phone calls, and video conferences. Strong cognitive and mental abilities are necessary for data analysis, strategic planning, decision-making, and the organization of multiple projects and deadlines. The ability to problem-solve, negotiate, and adapt to evolving priorities is essential. The work environment can be remote or based at a designated office location, and the position necessitates the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
