Cercli is seeking a Business Operations Associate to help drive operational excellence and growth, for our customers across the region and beyond. This role will participate in solving complex business challenges, optimizing processes, and supporting our rapid expansion across multiple product lines. This is an exciting role that requires significant cross-functional engagement with a major impact on the product and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the project plan for each new customer, including platform configuration, testing, user-training and go-live support.
• Coordinate and process data migrations from new customers to the Cercli platform.
• Work closely with customers to understand their historical data structure, help them centralize it and prepare it for upload to Cercli.
• Coordinate data uploads to Cercli in collaboration with the technical team.
• Support Business Operations during the customer onboarding process.
• Wear the shoes of our customers, deep dive into specific user flows and common challenges to understand priorities.
• Identify highly impactful problems or moments of friction and improve our customer onboarding experience by suggesting changes when necessary.
• Your goal is to create repeatable processes that eliminate room for manual error; they should be easy to learn, easy to apply to new use cases, and easy to measure.
Requirements:
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheet skills, comfortable with extensive data manipulation (Vlookup / pivot tables).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills: high attention to detail with excellent work product, time management, and execution.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Can break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps.
