We seek a motivated and results-oriented E-Commerce Manager to join our dynamic team and elevate our online presence. The E-Commerce Manager will lead and optimize our e-commerce operations, focusing on boosting online sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role demands a strategic mindset, sharp analytical abilities, and proven expertise in managing and scaling online stores.
Must Haves
• Bachelor's degree in Business, eCommerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in developing and managing successful eCommerce programs.
• Strong grasp of how content, design, and user interface collaborate to create seamless user experiences.
• Comprehensive knowledge of online marketing strategies and their implementation.
• Expertise in development optimization techniques to deliver exceptional user experiences efficiently.
• In-depth understanding of eCommerce processes, workflows, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, work under tight deadlines, and deliver results.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations to support the eCommerce program, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth, increasing repeat purchases, enhancing customer retention, and acquiring new customers
• Assist in implementing new features and functionalities for the eCommerce platform, including defining project scope, executing plans, developing processes and procedures, managing change initiatives, and coordinating customer testing and communication.
• Monitor eCommerce activities daily to ensure smooth operations.
• Update and maintain detailed business process documentation, including step-by-step user guides and training materials to support all aspects of order processing.
• Stay informed on customer journeys, profiles, industry competitors, and evolving customer needs to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Offer strategic recommendations to enhance the digital shopping experience and simplify interactions on eCommerce platforms.
• Collaborate across teams to develop strategies aimed at optimizing the online purchasing experience.
• Utilize analytics, website tools, and customer feedback to inform and implement ongoing improvements to the user experience.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of initiatives and present results to stakeholders.
• Propose innovative methods to promote and expand online sales growth.

• Job Timings: Night shift following US EST (Night Shift)
• Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi
Regarding the remote, the candidate will arrange a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup)
