E-Commerce Account Executive

Job Description SP Dailyfresh Sdn Bhd, a leading supplier of premium-quality eggs and food products, is looking for a driven E-Commerce Account Executive to manage and expand our online sales channels. Key Responsibilities • Platform Management: Oversee and update product listings on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and the company website. • Sales Optimization: Plan and execute promotional strategies to increase sales, including campaigns, flash sales, and discounts. • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment. • Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, traffic, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, suppliers, and platform account managers to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce account management or similar roles. • Familiarity with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is an advantage.
