Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage monthly client financial report system that identifies opportunities to improve a client’s financial position and key performance indicator (kpi) performance. Provide strategic recommendations utilizing Company technology and tools. • Create and implement improvements to the financial reporting system as necessary. • Create and maintain client budgets, forecasts, and profit plans. • Prepare and conduct quarterly client financial reviews with strategic recommendations. • Act as a financial subject matter expert to collaborate with the business strategist on one-off projects to answer clients' financial considerations and drive business strategy. • Conduct and collaborate with the team to compile and deliver business audit reports and determine KPIs for new clients. • Educating clients on financial literacy in an impactful and empowering way. • Support the client experience through proper documentation within the client management system and maintaining internal standards for style and organization. • Personify the values, mission, and vision of the Company. • Willing to play an active part in building the fractional CFO client base through marketing, lead generation, and sales support. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: • 10 Years + of experience in business finance and financial planning/reporting • Experience working with a variety of financial reporting structures (cash and accrual), business entities (S Corp, C Corp, Sole Proprietorship and LLCs), and industries (service and product businesses), • Good personal time management, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills through digital and virtual methods. • Thrive in a collaborative and remote team environment. • Able to adjust, improve, and adopt new technologies, strategies, or processes. • Ability to build dynamic financial forecasts using Excel and Google Sheets. • CPA, CMA desirable. • Remote, Part-time, must reside in Texas. • A laptop and excellent/strong Wi-Fi are a must. • Must be available during the workday for internal and client meetings.
