Role Overview Position: Expert YouTube Scriptwriter (Science Content) Location: Remote (Africa) Schedule: 9 hours daily (includes 1-hour break) Fixed Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦560,000 monthly (US$190-US$360) As an experience YouTube ScriptWriter Expert, you’ll combine your storytelling abilities with your passion for science—especially astrophysics and the mysteries of the universe. Your scripts will serve as the foundation for compelling videos, connecting viewers with captivating narratives, grounded in scientific accuracy, and delivered with emotional resonance. What You'll Do • Transform complex scientific concepts into viral-worthy stories that capture millions of views while maintaining accuracy • Craft magnetic scripts using proven YouTube storytelling techniques that keep viewers hooked from start to finish • Engineer narrative structures that drive massive engagement through strategic hooks, reveals, and emotional triggers • Stay ahead of trending scientific topics and turn them into must-watch content that audiences can't help but share • Collaborate with our production team to ensure your scripts translate into visually stunning, high-retention videos • Push boundaries by developing innovative content strategies that consistently drive channel growth Who You Are • Proven YouTube Scriptwriter whose scripts have consistently generated 50,000-100,000+ views, demonstrating mastery of audience retention and engagement • Expert in crafting magnetic story arcs that keep viewers watching until the very end, using advanced narrative techniques like hooks, tension building, and strategic reveals • Deep understanding of how to structure scripts that naturally trigger audience interaction and viral sharing What We're Looking For • Concrete evidence of your scripts driving massive viewership (100K+ views) on YouTube channels • Portfolio demonstrating your ability to write scripts that consistently outperform in terms of retention and engagement • Proven track record of using advanced psychological storytelling techniques to captivate audiences and drive measurable channel growth • Experience in crafting scripts that subconsciously encourage viewer participation and community building • A deep knowledge of and interest in astronomy, cosmology, or other scientific fields is a big plus, but not mandatory.
