E-Commerce Platform Administrator

We are seeking a self-motivated and focused individual to work on our e-commerce channels such as Amazon, Walmar and Etsy, as well as our website. Candidates must be detailed oriented, organized and efficient. Prior experience in these e-commerce platforms a plus. Duties and Responsibilities • Create listing product and mockup product images and videos using various design software. • Daily product catalog management and listing optimization across online marketplaces to drive sales and product awareness. • Manage and optimize product listings on marketplaces, including organic search terms, paid search terms and other promotional campaigns. • Continually review and optimize search & positioning strategies and analyze performance metrics to maintain growth, relevance, and competitive edge for all SKUs. • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checks on all marketplace accounts for inventory concerns, policy violation or account health warnings and customer communications. • Perform Keyword Research and optimize listings for better performance and sell through. • Ensure all listings have on-brand content, both copy, images, graphics and videos that effectively promotes product's features, benefits and value proposition, creating consumer enthusiasm. • Responsible for analyzing & maximizing customer reviews, Q&A, images, etc. • Troubleshoot blocked, suspended, suppressed or inactive listings. • Manage and troubleshoot product variations and mergers throughout the catalog. • Remain up to date with marketplace best practices, new trends and platform updates. • Compile summarized progress reports to management.
