Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management
• Manage brand's presence on e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate, optimized, and up-to-date.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and tags to boost visibility and sales.
• Ensure compliance with platform-specific requirements across all listings.
Promotions and Campaign Execution
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with marketplace calendars (e.g., 11.11, Black Friday).
• As the brand key account in-charge, to own and grow the entire e-commerce/ e-distribution business for selected brand.
• To drive brands performance on third-party online marketplaces and manage the brand stores
• Work with Brand Partner and leader to manage brand P&L, budgeting, negotiating & implementing, demand planning, marketing campaigns on various marketplaces to optimize brand’s achievement
• As the brand key account in-charge, to own and grow the entire e-commerce/ e-distribution business
• Enhance listings and strategies during peak sales periods to maximize traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to design marketplace-specific campaigns that align with broader brand promotions
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Track and analyze key performance metrics like sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction using platform analytics tools.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Weekly Sales Reporting Cadence with Brand Partner & Monthly closing & wrap up.
Inventory and Order Management
• Coordinate with the Purchasing and Order Processing teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid stock-outs.
• Oversee order fulfilment processes, ensuring timely delivery by liaising with warehouses and logistics providers.
Competitive Analysis and Market Research
• Conduct ongoing analysis of competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
• Stay updated on emerging e-commerce trends and adapt strategies to align with evolving consumer behaviors.
Brand & Stakeholder Management
• Data reporting and presentation to key brand stakeholders
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to optimize store operations & business efficiency, including but not limited to warehouse, finance, marketing, data science & external teams to ensure smooth store operations
• Build the optimal price, promotion and assortment strategy of the brand
• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably managing online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, or Taobao.
• Expertise in e-commerce seller platforms (e.g., Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Centre) and knowledge of SEO, keyword optimization, and data analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in the beauty industry is an added bonus
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Proactive and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
