About Us:
We are a rapidly growing e-commerce performance marketing company specializing in CPA (Cost-Per-Acquisition) and CPC (Cost-Per-Click) affiliate feeds. Our portfolio includes partnerships with top-tier e-commerce platforms and brands. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Media Buyer to lead our traffic acquisition efforts and drive performance for our US market campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Media Buying & Traffic Management:
• Strategically buy high-quality traffic for CPA and CPC feeds, ensuring optimal ROI and conversion rates.
• Manage campaigns across multiple ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Native Ads (Taboola, Outbrain), and programmatic networks.
2. Campaign Optimization:
• Monitor and optimize ad placements, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
• A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to enhance CTR (Click-Through Rate) and conversion rates.
3. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
• Work closely with the content and creative team to develop high-performing ads.
• Coordinate with the account management team to understand CPA/CPC requirements and campaign goals.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze campaign data to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to the team.
5. Market Research:
• Stay updated with US market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to inform buying strategies.
• Identify and test new traffic sources, ad networks, and partnerships for expansion.
6. Fraud Detection & Quality Control:
• Utilize tools to monitor and filter fraudulent traffic to ensure traffic quality.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and e-commerce brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience as a Media Buyer, preferably in the e-commerce or affiliate marketing space.
• Proven track record of running successful CPA and CPC campaigns in the US market.
• Skills:
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Native Advertising platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain), and programmatic buying.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data tools (Google Analytics, Voluum, or similar).
• Understanding of tracking technologies (e.g., UTM tags, pixels, conversion tracking).
• Knowledge:
• Familiarity with e-commerce performance metrics such as CPA, CPC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Deep understanding of US market trends and consumer preferences.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing campaign dynamics and performance goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with fraud prevention tools (e.g., Pixalate).
• Hands-on experience with traffic arbitrage strategies.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and feed-based traffic.
