SyncEzy is a rapidly growing Integration Company in the B2B SAAS space, with a strong focus on the Construction, Trades, and Service Industries (Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning, HVAC, and Security). We work with the Best software in the trades industry, like Procore, Dropbox, Asana, Quickbooks, simPRO, SharePoint, Office 365, etc.
We are a cool company from Down Under (Australia), we are fiercely independent & bootstrapped NOT VC Funded. We are a solid business that our team and customers can rely on. We are a stable and established company that looks after our staff, we hire slowly and fire slower still. This is A TRUE Remote / Work from Home position. We are a Global Remote company, and have been remote working long before it was made popular by COVID. We have staff dispersed across 4 countries and 15 cities. We pride ourselves on running a flat organization, with a friendly easy-going culture.
Primary responsibilities:
• Be the face and voice of... SyncEzy UK, our first UK Sales representative. Single Point of contact for all UK and European inquiries.
• Follow-up on leads and emails from clients immediately over the phone, email, and Via the CRM.
• Connect with prospective clients through multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, SMS, phone, etc.), set demo appointments, and walk them through the software.
• Manage and support the sales process from inquiry through the closure of the sale
• Track sales activities in Zoho CRM & the Ticketing system Zoho Desk.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Attend Construction Trade and Industry conferences and networking events in person and/or virtually
• Identify potential software resales partners and channelsp.jvjg
• Collaborate with marketing and the exec team to provide feedback on messaging, positioning, and other field insights to improve demo and presentations.
• This role will also suit an IT Savvy Ex Trades person / Construction / ex Military / Veteran on the tools type of person who is looking to get off the tools and transition into IT / Sales / Relationship Management. Perfection / Pedegree / Ivy league not required. Honesty, integrity, and a positive, can-do attitude to help our clients is required.
Requirements
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.
• 5+ years' experience in a B2B-focused Sales role.
• Self-Driven, disciplined and Motivated to work independently without supervision.
• Experience and understanding of selling SaaS subscriptions / software.
• Experience doing Product Demos and sales calls via remote meetings/ Zoom / Google Hangouts / MS Teams.
• Understanding of Construction, Trade Services businesses, and any experience with a Trade software Procore, simPRO, TSheets, construction / project management software would be massive advantage.
• Tech Savy and well conversant with all the latest in Office 365, SharePoint, GDrive, Dropbox etc.
• Construction or Trade project management experience would be advantageous.
• Since this is a remote / Work from home role, you will need to have an office or a quiet room, with a plain wall background where you can work from at home. Minimum 100 Mbps up / down internet connection required.
Note
• All Client meetings to be in a Company T-shirt / Hoodie, *Rest of the time no Dress Code, wear sandals all day.
• * Will require significant morning 6 am starts to work with Australia HQ, or late finish 9 pm to learn from US Sales team in the first three months for training.
Once you are fully trained and can operate independently timings would be flexible as per client requirements and your personal circumstances.
Benefits
• A fixed permanent salary of 30,000 - 35,000 GBP per year
• We do not offer commissions, you will be paid a fixed salary like all our other staff.
