Tasks • Lead the development of robust applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. • Work across... the tech stack, implementing features in both frontend and backend, with a focus on C++ and Python. • Architect, design, and maintain cloud-based distributed systems, using modern message-broker architectures like Celery and RabbitMQ. • Engage in HPC, including GPU programming with CUDA, to deliver efficient, high-speed solutions. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the product roadmap with a high degree of ownership. Requirements • 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development or equivalent roles (Senior level is preferred). • Public GitHub projects or equivalent work samples demonstrating your coding skills and project contributions. • Core Skills • C++ (mandatory): • Advanced knowledge of modern C++ (C++14, ideally C++17). • Deep understanding of clean code principles, strong cmake expertise, and proficiency in software design. • Python (mandatory): • Strong experience setting up Python projects from scratch using modern tools and package builders. • Knowledge of multiprocessing and asyncio. • Familiarity with modern Python tools, such as hatch, uv, and ruff. • Expertise in building and maintaining testing infrastructure. • Additional Skills • Cloud-Based Distributed Computing experience using Celery, RabbitMQ, or other message-broker architectures. • High-Performance Computing (HPC), including experience with CUDA for GPU programming. • Backend and Cloud experience, with Docker proficiency. • Git and CI/CD experience. • Nice-to-Have • Familiarity with Rust or other programming languages. • Domain knowledge in Operations Research, Machine Learning, or Large Language Models (LLMs). • Strong communication skills, team-oriented with a sense of ownership, and a strong emphasis on code quality.
