Detail
Salesforce Support/Administrator is responsible for supporting end users with resolving Salesforce related issues. This position is the primary point of contact for client Salesforce support cases submitted by customers and internal users. They will be responsible for day-to-day customer support, configuration, support, and maintenance. The candidate will partner with the Salesforce Product Owner to develop end-user training documentation, training plans and to train end users. Salesforce Administrator will play an important role in managing, editing and customizing Salesforce appxchange installations and troubleshooting customers' issues.
Candidates must possess the passion and ability to learn quickly, understand customers' issues, troubleshoot and provide support. They understand the importance of Trailhead/Trailblazer Community and actively leverage it to increase their knowledge and skillset.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Perform appxchnage installation on Salesforce platform and setup appxchange.
• Perform standard administrator functions, such as, user management, report/dashboard maintenance, and field and object creation/modification, page layout updates, etc.
• Work with end users to provide support, troubleshoot, provide solution and fixes.
• Help to identify, document and assist with system enhancements and Client requirement.
• Work closely with Salesforce Product Owner and special projects to expand/enhance the functionality of the Salesforce Platform
• Serve as the frontline administrator for Salesforce Support Queue for Client
• Proven track record of successfully working autonomously, and on team-based tickets and tasks
• Must have Salesforce admins certification, Understand flows ,trigger and Apex.
• Must know to create Objects,Fields and profile and permission sets.
• Must have good communication, and problem solving skills.
