IVA Chatbot Engineer

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.  3+ years of experience in developing IVA/chatbots, conversational AI, or similar AI- driven systems using AWS services.  Expert in using Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, AWS lambda, AWS connect  AWS Bedrock experience with Sage maker will have added advantage  Solid understanding of API integration and experience working with RESTful services.  Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.  Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications:  Experience in financial services or fintech projects.  Knowledge of data security best practices and compliance requirements in the financial sector.
