Vice President & Digital Product Manager - Business Banking Lending UAE Posted 13 days ago Expires in 2 months • Develop and deliver a vision for SME Lending digital products, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s strategy and a user-focused design. • Collaborate with stakeholders to include business requirements in the product roadmap and lead a high-performing team to manage various digital lending products. Key Responsibilities • Accountable for the delivery of the roadmap for SME Lending related digital products, work closely with the relevant proxy product owners. • Ensure alignment to the Digital Product and wider Bank strategy, with a clear user focused service design approach. • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the Business including Credit, Branches, Financial Product and the Control functions to understand business requirements and priorities. • Build and lead a high performing team of Digital Product Owners who oversee proactive, customer focused multi-disciplinary... teams. • Lead technical squad and business product for Digital advanced Instalment Loans, Invoice Lending, BNPL, Credit Line, Merchant Loans, Micro Credit, Micro Savings, Fixed Deposits products. • Develop Digital Strategic Partnerships with external third parties, trade license authorities, free zones, and government entities. • Cultivate a culture of inclusivity and collaboration where the expertise and insights of specialists in user research, journey mapping, and UX design are valued and respected. • This approach ensures the development of highly effective digital products through a comprehensive process of research, ideation, and design. Skills What You Should Have • Established track record as a Product Owner or in a comparable role, with a focus on back-end/front-end engineering and software solutions within the banking and finance sector. • Proficiency in agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. • Familiarity with AI, block chain and machine learning concepts, data analytics, and cloud-based technologies. What We Are Looking For • Minimum 10 years of cumulative experience, including digital product development and management of a single or multiple Agile squads. • Bachelor's degree as a prerequisite, with an advanced degree considered advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
