Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and goal-driven individuals to join our team as Seller Onboarding Agents. The role involves identifying, approaching, and onboarding shop owners, small businesses, and entrepreneurs to KlickShopEx, a dynamic e-commerce platform designed to empower sellers. You will play a critical role in expanding our seller network and helping businesses transition to online selling.

Key Responsibilities
1. Seller Acquisition:
Identify potential sellers in assigned territories.
Educate shop owners about KlickShopEx's features and benefits.
Successfully onboard sellers by guiding them through the registration and store creation process.
2. Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers to foster trust and long-term engagement.
Act as a point of contact for new sellers during the initial stages.
3. Training and Support:
Provide basic training to sellers on how to manage their stores, list products, and process orders.
Ensure sellers understand verification tiers and the benefits of upgrading.
4. Promotion of Platform Benefits:
Promote exclusive seller incentives, such as referral programs, product promotions, and potential revenue-sharing models.
Communicate seller support policies and technical assistance availability.
5. Reporting:
Provide daily/weekly progress reports to the regional manager.
Record feedback from sellers to help improve the platform and onboarding process.

Job Requirements
Candidates with significant sales experience but without formal qualifications may be considered.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations (e-commerce experience is a plus).
Prior experience working with startups or tech-driven platforms is advantageous.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic tech-savviness with the ability to demonstrate how the platform works.
Proficiency in using mobile apps and CRM tools.
