KalSoft looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant for Customer Engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions to improve customer engagement and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Ability to analyse requirements no matter their complexity and to translate them into functional specifications for D365 configurations
• Design and implement end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE solutions that incorporate best practices and meet client objectives.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Omnichannel) to optimize workflows and customer interactions.
• Implement and integrate omnichannel capabilities, including chat, email, social media, and telephony, for seamless customer engagement.
• Develop CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, reports, plugins, and reports to satisfy business needs.
• Lead or support projects involving the migration of users and data from on-premises CRM systems to online Dynamics 365 CE apps.
• Develop and execute migration strategies, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues to ensure a seamless transition
• Customize Dynamics 365 solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and other Microsoft tools.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and applications, ensuring smooth data flow across platforms
• Leverage Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to create actionable dashboards and reports that provide a 360-degree view of customers.
• Enable predictive analytics and AI capabilities to drive customer-centric strategies
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Responsible to design class structure, data, model and application frameworks, leading development, and support activities.
• Responsible to develop Unit test code and support users during UAT.
• Responsible to develop, test, implement and maintain Microsoft Power Platform and Logic apps-based integrations and migration utilities
Required Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, and Omnichannel).
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and managing contact center solutions using Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, Azure Logic Apps).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and Dataverse
• Should have done more than 3 implementations on online Dynamics 365 CRM
• Should be able to handle all configurations and customizations in the system.
• Experience working on click Dimension bolt on is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, and Python
• Should be mix of functional and technical skills in MS Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of database management
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, functional programming, and front-end languages
• Working knowledge of enterprise integration and third-party enterprise integration tools (E.g., Scribe, WebSphere, Informatica)
• Preferable strong Domain understanding of CRM in Industries such as Government, and Public Sector, Manufacturing, etc.
• Deep background with installation, setup, configuration, implementation, integration, and testing of CRM solutions using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft SureStep methodology
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement certification is desirable at least in one area
• Experience in agile delivery desirable
