Descrição de Trabalho Desenvolver e documentar os requisitos necessários para projetar um sistema automotivo -Projetar e gerenciar as principais interfaces estratégicas dentro dos sistemas para permitir a reutilização e a consistência dos componentes às metodologias padrão - Supervisionar o desenvolvimento de requisitos com outras atividades - Fornecer suporte a outros especialistas para análise de causa raiz - Forte capacidade de capturar e analisar dados empíricos com habilidade. - Projetar testes para encontrar oportunidades de melhorias de design com eficiência - Ficar por dentro das tendências do tecnologias e metodologias padrão. - Identificar e documentar vulnerabilidades do sistema e criar planos de ação de mitigação; rastrear ações corretivas Descrição de Cargo Adicional Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications): 3+ years' experience in Controls Engineering or a related field High level of interpersonal skills to work optimally with all levels of the organization Ability to work off shifts, both 2nd and 3rd Background or interest in working on vehicle builds, robotics, and vision systems Strong interpersonal and team building skills Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly to translate highly complex technical issues to non-technical people Able to make decisions quickly with a high level of confidence What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications): 5+ years of experience in Controls Engineering or a related field Bachelor's degree in Controls Engineering or a related field Thorough working knowledge of GMS including BIQ4 Deliverables Experience in a shop environment working with multiple levels within an organization Thorough knowledge of manufacturing requirements and how they impact the build process Prior manufacturing plant experience in either controls engineering or robotics This job may be eligible for relocation benefits.
