LOCATION
• Work can be completed remotely and therefore any location within Australia is acceptable.
• East Coast based would be beneficial; with a better working knowledge of NSW, VIC and QLD also an advantage with time differences (i.e. you get more writing hours out of a day when we have tight time frames)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Tender Writer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for contributing towards the writing requirements of Altius Group tender application process and produce an engaging final tender presentation.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional written content and proposal development across our national business, to promote the company and our service.
Responsibilities will include:
• Working with our tendering team to coordinate submissions to a high standard, within strict timeframes
• Writing, editing, reviewing, and proofreading submissions
• Souring and creating marketing materials to support submissions
• Liaising with stakeholders to gather information and support submission
• Assisting with developing strategies to improve the company's win ratio
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (Experience in Allied Health or a similar industry is preferred)
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or similar is highly desirable.
• Understanding and experience of AI applications
• Superior written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to blend technical, persuasive, and creative writing techniques as needed.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines; respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities to meet submission timelines
• Work experience in corporate health is highly regarded
