Maintain the overall operations of the food court. Check and ensure the equipment healthiness of all the Equipments in Food Court. Supervise and monitor the Food Court store stock. Ensure cleanliness in the food court dining area, cleaning area and common area. Conduct & impart training to the staff, security, and Counter staff. Prepare periodic reports. Ensure safety and cleanliness inside and outside the counter areas. Responds to customers’ questions and comments in a courteous and timely manner. Performs other related duties as assigned. Maintain hygiene in the food court and kitchen areas continuously. Ensure the counter staff grooming and health is as per industry standards. Ensure the restrooms upkeep and hygiene standards are met. Coordinate with the vendors for regular activities.
