The Role: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic E-commerce Manager to oversee and optimise one of our online gifting brands. This role is perfect for someone with a strong commercial background in e-commerce who is looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity that fits around family commitments. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the Online Store: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. • Content Management: Update and maintain product listings, descriptions, and imagery to ensure the site is always current and engaging. • Performance Optimisation: Monitor website performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement in areas like conversion rates, SEO, and user experience. • Digital Marketing Coordination: Collaborate on campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, and social media strategies. • Customer Insights: Analyse customer behaviour and feedback to refine strategies and improve satisfaction. • Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to ensure stock levels and deliveries are optimised. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in e-commerce management, ideally with a small to medium-sized business. • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo, or similar. • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies (Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, etc.). • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • A passion for delivering exceptional online customer experiences.
