About the position
The E-commerce Operations and Customer Experience Associate at Tiptop is responsible for building and executing e-commerce storefronts, driving sales, and managing customer service operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to establish processes and workflows from the ground up while collaborating with leadership to define excellence in e-commerce operations and customer experience. The associate will work primarily on-site in Santa Monica, CA, with some remote work required on weekends for customer service support.
Responsibilities
• Work with wholesalers to sell device inventory at optimal prices.

• Create and manage content on e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and Offer-Up.
