This role is critical in maintaining healthy cash flow, tracking expenses, and supporting strategic decision making as we scale. You’ll report directly to the founder and work closely with our logistics, marketing, and customer teams. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all financial operations including cash flow planning, forecasting, and daily management • Track and categorise all company expenses, POs, COGS, and marketing spend • Ensure all financial data is logged accurately and timely in QuickBooks • Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports with key insights for leadership • Build and maintain dashboards to track unit economics, profitability, and burn • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to manage invoices, payments, and cash requirements • Assist with budgeti ...
