This role is for a French speaking Operations SME to work collaboratively with our French Sales Desk. The Trans Capture Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for providing complex analytic and administrative support to traders as the subject matter expert, in coordination with the Transaction Capture team. The overall objective of this role is to solve complex client queries, conduct due diligence activities, and advise or coach new or junior staff. The Fraud Ops Analyst is an entry level position responsible for assisting in efforts to ensure fraud risk policy and controls are applied to minimize the impact of fraud incidence and prevent loss in coordination with the Fraud Operations team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in managing fraud losses by ensuring analysts make appropriate decisions using risk/reward balance methodology.
